• YouTube channel data — when YouTube features are enabled, we access your YouTube channel information, comments, and replies through the YouTube Data API v3 on your behalf.
• API credentials — API keys and OAuth tokens you provide (YouTube, Microsoft Graph, AI providers) are stored encrypted on our servers.
• Usage and audit logs — actions taken within the application (logins, settings changes, API calls) are logged for security and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To send transactional emails such as one-time login codes and system notifications.
• To retrieve YouTube channel comments and post replies on your behalf, using only the permissions you have granted.
• To enable AI-assisted features where configured — queries and relevant context may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as xAI/Grok or others you configure).
• To integrate with Microsoft 365 / SharePoint when those features are enabled.
• To maintain security audit logs and detect unauthorized access.

4. YouTube Data API

This application uses the YouTube Data API v3 provided by Google LLC. By connecting your YouTube account, you authorize this application to access your YouTube channel data — specifically channel information, video comments, and comment threads — solely for the purpose of displaying and responding to comments within this tool.

• We access only the data necessary to perform comment management functions.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your YouTube data to any third party for their independent use.
• YouTube data is used only on your behalf and at your direction.
• You may revoke this application’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google’s connected apps page .
• Your use of YouTube features is also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

This application may integrate with the following third-party services depending on configuration:

• Google APIs (YouTube Data API v3, OAuth2) — governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Graph / SharePoint — governed by Microsoft’s Privacy Statement.
• AI providers (xAI/Grok or other configured providers) — queries and context you submit may be processed by these providers under their own privacy policies.
• Email delivery — transactional emails are sent via a configured SMTP server.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on private servers accessible only to authorized personnel. Sensitive credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens, client secrets) are stored using AES encryption. Access to this application is protected by authentication, session controls, multi-factor authentication options, and security monitoring. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

7. Data Retention

This service is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
